More Dressing For Sex-cess

Ok, I admit that all of this isn't really my idea. But after we touched on the dressing for the office yesterday, I thought I would dig into a bit of naughtiness for the rest of the day! I kind of "borrowed" it from one of those gossip-type/fashion/women's magazines. But, after reading through all the hints and tips they were offering, I grabbed my other half and we went through the ones that we agreed would work. Some of them, I kind of added my own little bits and pieces to as well.

But seriously guys ... if you're looking to maybe up the ante in your relationship (or even just a bit of raunch behind closed doors), this is pretty good reading with your significant other.

So, here it is ... courtesy of yet another not-so-productive moment in my day!

Dress for Sex-cess

Sometimes, it's the tiniest tweaks to what you wear — and bare — that can transform you into a bombshell. Just mix and match a few of these tips, and chances are those clothes won't stay on for long (nor will you want them to).

Invest in some little black undies

You already know that a little black dress is a crucial component of any gal's wardrobe. Well, here's another essential: a barely-there lace bikini or thong in noir. Now you'll never be at a loss for what to wear under that little black dress, or be shy about showing it off. MY TAKE - Definitely one that works. And you know what works for me? My husband knows my size and frequently surprises me with sexy little pair with a note tucked in asking me out on a date.

Put on clothes that say "pet me"

Silk, suede, cashmere, faux fur...unlike your usual cotton duds, these materials feel amazing against your skin and beg to be caressed. Talk about an easy way to get your guy's hands all over you. MY TAKE - When I'm in an intimate relationship with someone, I crave their touch in both a sexual and non-sexual way. If I need to, I'll find a way like this to encourage that touch.

Wear fire-engine red

There's a reason why red was picked to paint stop signs: It's one very arresting color. Wear a red dress, red shoes, red anything, and it'll make you feel on fire. MY TAKE - Red is an absolute MUST ... underwear, footwear, accessories. It's the one colour that I do agree I look good in. A sure fire success is to take her shopping for a pair of really sexy and simple red pumps. Suck it up fellas, an hour in the shoe store to see her wearing just the new shoes to bed ... yowza!

Put on an animal print

Even the smallest accent — a leopard-print scarf, a zebra thong — will make you feel a little more feral. MY TAKE - there's a fine line between trashy and tasteful. This is one area where there really is a fine line.

Slip into a strappy tank top

Bra optional. Then watch him try to keep his eyes off you. MY TAKE - around here we save that kind of exposure for warmer days, but shoulders can be so sensual. Plus, a cute little tank might just lead to that touching thing we hit on earlier! LOL

Surprise him with a garter belt

Haven't worn one since your wedding? Then it's time to give him a second viewing. It'll transform you into a sultry femme fatale from a forties movie; perhaps he'll want to role-play the hard-boiled private eye. On your next night out, slide your guy's palm under your skirt just high enough so that he comes across your little surprise. A sexy mystery will begin! MY TAKE - this is something you have to get your girl to try at least once in her life. Take her shopping for the lingerie and it will add the anticipation! And before you ask ... yes, often ... and sometimes when he can't be with me and has to spend all day thinking about it.

Wear a candy necklace one night

To get him nibbling, tell him it's his dessert. MY TAKE - you can get a bra and panties made from the same kind of candy!!!

Wear heels...and nothing else

When getting undressed one evening, take off everything but your stilettos. Casually walk around as if you just haven't bothered to kick them off yet and see how long it takes him to pounce. MY TAKE - see my comments on the sexy and simple red pumps. I have almost as many shoes as Imelda Marcos!!!

Slip into something comfortable

We know, full-length silk slips faded from women's wardrobes back in the 1940s. Here's why we should bring 'em back: First, they feel amazing under whatever you're wearing. Second, they look amazing in an Elizabeth Taylor, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof kind of way. Make sure it's the first thing he sees you put on in the morning — and the last thing you peel off come nighttime — to spark some Old Hollywood-style romance and feel like a silver screen siren. MY TAKE - I'll add something after I slip into something more comfortable!
